Kathy Jourdain and Shape Shift Strategies Inc. are excited beyond belief to be part of the hosting team, along with Tim Merry, Sera Thompson and Tenneson Woolf, for the first ever Art of Social Innovation: Awakening the Power of Core Teams, Participatory Leadership for Strategic Results.
The calling of this training and practice ground has arisen out of the large scale, long term work that members of the hosting team are engaged in, here in Nova Scotia and elsewhere. We are seeking to connect people already engaged in this work to each other, cross pollinate the different initiatives and enable the core teams to go to their own next level of depth in their work.
This training and practice ground is rooted in the Art of Hosting family of facilitation and leadership practices and we are seeing a pattern of synergistic transcendence with other streams of practice from ALIA, the Berkana Institute, Deep Democracy and others.
