Shape Shift Strategies has been deeply inspired by the Art of Hosting Meaningful and Relevant Conversations.  This is a pattern and a practice that allows groups of people to enter real conversation with each other on what matters to them.  The results of these conversations is that the group, through listening and speaking from the heart around questions that matter, enters learning together and becomes collectively more intelligent, clearer and wiser.  With this clarity and collective rhythm they are able to act more boldly and wisely alone and together.
