Personal Focus

In January of 2008 at the age of 46, and without ever suspecting it, Kathy Jourdain found out she was adopted.  In her keynotes she speaks about the impact of this, the courage and grace to undergo yet another journey of discovery and the gifts to all members of her family – her birth family and the one she grew up in.

She also speaks about self leadership, drawing on personal stories of discovery and renewal including job loss, marriage and divorce, children, launching new companies, and the journey to self acceptance.

leader in the not-for-profit sector and a consultant with
clients in all sectors to illuminate concepts that provide
inspiration grounded in practical experience for change,
transition and shape shifting.
